Based in Manly on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Cornerstone CP offers a variety of counselling services, including individual therapy (both face-to-face and remote online sessions), workplace counselling and wellbeing programs, contractual engagements, and group therapy.
During your first session with Cornerstone CP, your therapist will create a safe and welcoming space to build the essential rapport necessary for effective counselling. They will ask questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to therapy. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counselling process. Having a space to simply talk and be heard is an integral therapeutic benefit of therapy.
Following an initial free phone consultation, a counselling session with Cornerstone CP typically lasts for 60 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
At Cornerstone Counselling and Psychotherapy, we recognize that financial situations vary, and we strive to make our services accessible. The standard fee for a counseling session is $160.
However, as part of our commitment to supporting the community, we collaborate with various organisations to provide services to those who may not currently be in a position to afford regular therapy. If financial concerns are a barrier, we offer a moderate sliding fee scale. Please feel free to reach out during your initial free phone consultation to discuss this further.
